Week one:
Boneless Chicken Breast with Garlic fused olive oil.
Spaghetti and meatballs
Sausage Frittata
Shrimp salad stuffed Artichokes
Beef Tacos served on cauliflower tortilla
Roasted Pork Loin with herbs and spices
Chorizo Frittata
Meatball grinders on lettuce roll ups
Roasted red pepper deviled eggs
Philly Cheeseburger Pizza
So here is a sample menu from a few weeks back. Each meal is enough food for at least two people, i had enough leftovers for a couple days, which worked out great for lunches or ready made meals. On this program we eat when we are hungry and not when we're not. so my meals are two a day normally. So each week there will be 10 meals.
Welcome to my newest page. I want to be able to offer weekly menu's and recipes that follow the Key program. This new way of eating and preparing foods has given me many more years to enjoy my family. I started at the size a tight 22/24 and now i am the size 8/10. NEVER in my life did i think this was possible. 
I started this journey three years ago. I now have begun creating menu's to help me to continue on my path.
